dc.description.abstractThe Second National Scientific and Technical Committee Meeting. was conducted by the Department of Fisheries, Malaysia, at Kedah, on 4 May 2018. The meeting aimed to discuss scientific and technical issues, to prepare costed quarterly work plan of the implementation of two (2) refugia projects namely Lobster Refugia in Tanjung Leman, Johor, and Tiger Prawn Refugia in Kuala Baram, Sarawak. These projects have been approved and will be carried until the end of 2020. All relevant parties must ensure the implementation of this project as outlined in the work plan. Scientific data are crucial to support this project, therefore the study must be carried out in order to formulate a management plan.en
