dc.description.abstractThe 3rd Meeting of the Regional Scientific and Technical Committee was conducted by the Directorate of Fisheries (D-Fish) on 5 to 7 February 2020 at Hai Phong City. The meeting attended by 19 participants, including representatives from 6 member countries, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Viet Nam, and Thailand, a regional expert from Chulalongkorn University and SEAFDEC Training Department, the Project Director and PCU staffs.
