dc.description.abstractNow a day, the coastal fisheries resources in Southeast Asia region are over – exploited. Most of the fishermen are engaging in small-scale fisheries, they made a lot of problems on the coastal area such as resource declination, fishing ground depletion, fishing competition and operation conflict among themselves. So the coastal fisheries are more difficult to maintain their old style of fishing activities, their competitions made more serious condition on coastal resources declination. At the sometime, the commercial fisheries were pressured by international factors and fuel prize increasing, they are become the problems in the coastal waters too.en
