The Workshop then discussed the key issues including the recommendations for supporting and improving the livelihoods and well-being of SSF. The key issues were classified into 10 categories: 1) social development, employment, and decent work; 2) governance; 3) gender equality; 4) postharvest, value chain, and marketing; 5) microfinance; 6) sustainable resource management; 7) policy coherence, institutional coordination, and collaboration; 8) information research and communication; 9) capacity development; and 10) alternative livelihood.
