Abstract
Consultation Meeting on the Establishment of Technical Working Group for the Management of Marine Fisheries Resource Protection and Conservation Area in Koh Kong was conducted by Fisheries Administration held on 2 October 2019. 7 participants from Fisheries Administration, Department of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, Fisheries Administration Cantonment in Kep, and Koh Kong Provincial Hall Administration joined the discussion. The results are the agreement in principle to: 1) create technical working group for marine fisheries management in Koh Kong only under management area issued by MAFF; 2) suggest Koh Kong Provincial Hall Administration prepare the invitation letter to involving institutions to join the technical working group as vice chief and member; 3) add representatives from national and international organizations involved to join the meeting; and 4) Approval on organizing a meeting of composition and roles before submission to Lok Chhum Teav Koh Kong Governor through provincial decision.
