Description
USAID Oceans, through Marine Change, conducted a value chain assessment of tuna fisheries in Bitung, Indonesia, as a key first step to understand the catch documentation and traceability (CDT) processes and requirements along the value chain. The report identifies the main exporting markets and explore market/buyer requirements and customer preferences, and informs USAID Oceans’ CDT design approach, partnership development and industry engagement in Bitung and along the value chain.
