Abstract
The 3rd Meeting of the Regional Scientific and Technical Committee was conducted by the Directorate of Fisheries (D-Fish) on 5 to 7 February 2020 at Hai Phong City. The meeting attended by 19 participants, including representatives from 6 member countries, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Viet Nam, and Thailand, a regional expert from Chulalongkorn University and SEAFDEC Training Department, the Project Director and PCU staffs. The meeting aimed to update all progress works having done by all partners and the SEAFDEC PCU
