PROVINCIAL STAKEHOLDER CONSULTATION MEETING REPORT TO VERIFY THE MAP OF MARINE FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AREA INCLUDING GROUPER FISHERIES REFUGIA IN KAMPOT PROVINCE
Abstract
The Stakeholder consultation was aimed to verify the mapping for the marine fisheries management area and grouper fisheries refugia area in Kampot Province. 26 people from the central and local government including inter-agencies, institutions, and NGOs attended the meeting. The meeting supported the establishment of marine fisheries management area in Kampot province and supported the Provincial Hall Administration to stamp on the map of marine fisheries management area when this map is approved by Provincial Governor.
