The Oceans and Fisheries Partnership (USAID Oceans) adalah kemitraan antara the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) dengan the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC), bekerja untuk memperkuat kerjasama regional dalam memerangi IUU (Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated) fishing, mempromosikan perikanan yang berkelanjutan dan melestarikan keanekaragaman hayati laut di wilayah Asia-Pasifik.
