The “CDT101” provides a conceptual overview of the proposed catch documentation and traceability component of the Oceans and Fisheries Partnership (USAID Oceans). It is intended to serve as a non-technical document that is accessible to and can be understood by a wide variety of relevant project partners, regional stakeholders, and the interested public. A follow-up document, the Technical Concept and Specifications (CDT 201), includes detailed technical specifications and project details that may be of interest to technical partners, the private sector, and academia.
