This paper confirmed the selection of the studied site for fisheries refugia and the list of members of the Site-Based Fisheries Refugia Management Board in Surat Thani Province. In addition, the Term of Reference for this board was set up through the consultation with Surat Thani Fisheries Provincial Office Head.
