Abstract
Executive Summary of the Pre-Effect Analysis Report of Mud Spiny Lobster Refugia Project of Towards the Socio-Economy of Fisheries along South Pahang to East Johor was conducted by the Department of Fisheries, Malaysia, at Johor, on 6 September 2018. The report aims to obtain fishing and socio-economic profile of lobster fishers in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia from South Pahang to East Johor, determine the lobster exploitation such as the number of fishers, catching equipment, vessels, catch rates, and confirm fishers acceptance of the proposed lobster refugia in Tanjung Leman, Johor.
