Report of Initial Refugia Site Level Stakeholders Consultation Workshop in Coron, Palawan
Abstract
Initial Refugia Site Level Stakeholders Consultation Workshop in Coron, Palawan was conducted by The National Fisheries Research and Development Institute, at Palawan, on 27-29 June 2017. The meeting aimed to identify target species and threats for the establishments of fisheries refugia, identification was group into three areas, mangrove, corals & seagrass and discuss A sample of Power/Interest Grid and identify Fisheries Refugia Project Stakeholder Analysis. The meeting attended by 20 participants, including LGU, BFAR-PFO, Philippines Coast Guard, Maritime Police, PCSD, Academe, and a representative from fisherfolk.
