Report of The First Meetings of National Fisheries Refugia Committee and National Scientific and Technical Committee

Abstract

The First Meetings of National Fisheries Refugia Committee and National Scientific and Technical Committee was conducted by Department of Fisheries of Thailand in Bangkok on 22 August 2018. The meeting aimed to 1.) Prepare the Intensive scientific and technical information, 2.) Define the committee members, 3.) Acknowledge work plan and budget, 4.) Acknowledge preliminary implementation, 5.) Consider and define priority/target species, and 6.) Defining data collection on the basis of Project objectives and work plan. The meeting attended by 18 participants, including board committee and observers.
