Meeting with Local Government Unit, BFAR and Stakeholders for the Creation of Refugia Site Management Committee in Pangasinan was conducted by The National Fisheries Research and Development Institute, at Pangasinan, on 13 July 2017. The meeting aimed to present the initial list of agencies for the Fisheries Refugia Site Management Committee and the provisional terms of reference of the FRMC for review of the Members. The meeting attended by 25 participants.
