The seventh meeting of Thailand National Fisheries Refugia Committee for the project entitled “Establishment and Operation of a Regional System of Fisheries Refugia in the South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand” was conducted by the Department of Fisheries on 30th November 2020, 13.30 – 16.30 hours, at Department of Fisheries, Bangkok with 13 attendees. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Mesak Pakdeekong, Director- General of the Department of Fisheries, acting as chairman of the committee. The aims of this meeting are to discuss the matter of reports and consider management plan for Fisheries Refugia Project in Trat and Surat Thani sites.
