The Workshop on Fisheries Refugia Operational Management at Trat Site was organized following the issuance of Notification of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives Re: Prescribing Fishing Gear, Fishing Methods, Fishing Areas, and Conditions Prohibited from Fishing in some Parts of the Fishing Ground in Trat Province, dated 26th May B.E. 2565 (2022) and Notification of Trat Province No. 1524/2565 Re: Appointment of Operational Management Board for Fisheries Refugia in Trat Province, dated 25th August B.E. 2565 (2022). The workshop could draft a Management Plan for Trat Fisheries Refugia for further consideration and approval.
