Regional cooperation among the countries In the Gulf of Thailand Sub-region, led the adoption of the Regional Action Plan for management of Transboundary Species: Indo-Pacific Mackerel (Rastrelliger brachysoma). The RAP was adopted by SEAFDEC to apply to other sea areas in the Southeast Asia.en
