In order to fill this gap, the SEAFDEC Training Department (TD) agreed to assist in training of national enumerators and provincial fisheries supervisors the port sampling techniques. The training was conducted 27-29 February 2012 in Binh Dinh province with the financial support of the Japanese Trust Fund.
