Report of the Ninth Meeting of Thailand’s National Fisheries Refugia Committee

Abstract

The ninth meeting of Thailand’s National Fisheries Refugia Committee for the project entitled “Establishment and Operation of a Regional System of Fisheries Refugia in the South China Sea and Gulf of Thailand” was conducted virtually via Zoom Platform by the Department of Fisheries on 22th March 2022, 13.30 – 16.30 hours. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Chalermchai Suwannarak, Director-General of the Department of Fisheries. This paper updated the progress of project implementation as of December 2021and the implementation plan for 2022.
